What to do if the malfunction indicator light is on, but the meter and fan are working normally in my Welbach ENTRIX 200D?

  If the malfunction indicator light is on while the meter and fan are working, it could be due to overcurrent or overheating protection, or a fault in the inverter circuit. If it's due to overcurrent, turn off the unit and restart it after the failure indicator light flashes. If it's due to overheating, wait about 2-3 minutes for the unit to cool down without turning off the power.

Why is there no welding power in my Welbach ENTRIX 200D, even though the meter and fan are working?

  If the meter and fan are working but there is no welding power, verify that all sockets on the device are properly connected. Also, check for an open circuit or a bad connection at the output terminal connector. Another possible cause is a broken control cable on the torch or a damaged switch.
