 Pull the cu over the arm so that the tube lies over the top of the upper arm, in the
direction of the underarm. The blue mark on the cu points to the hand.
The bottom edge of the cuff must end 0.8 to 1.2 inches above the elbow.
 Pull on the cu and fold down its ends.
 Secure the end with the Velcro fastener.
