Updating your CP 50 software to version 01.30.04 from
Maintenance mode
Before you begin
In Maintenance mode, the following screen is displayed when the device starts up.
To perform the update, you will need the following:
• The USB drive that contains the update utility.
• The CP 50 you plan to update.
• A cable to connect the CP 50 to AC power.
• An AC power outlet.
Caution Data loss risk. Do not power down or interrupt the update process.
Note
Ensure that you make note of the device software version displayed on the splash screen.
Note
If the current version of the device is 01.20.01 or earlier, use the USB drive with the part
number of 411053. If the current version of the device is 01.20.02 or 01.20.03, use the USB
drive with the part number 411054.
