What to do if the Welker INLOOP ACE Industrial Equipment sample container is filling too quickly?
    • J
      John MooreAug 16, 2025
If the Welker inLoop™ ACE sample container is filling too quickly, check if the external sand relief is set too high or too low and adjust it as needed. Also, make sure the sample inlet and outlet pressure are appropriate for the actuation pressure, and vice versa. The inLoop™ ACE may also be set at a faster sampling frequency than desired, so adjust the sampling rate accordingly. Welker recommends using the Welker Checkpoint™ Sample Bite Verification Panel to verify the sample volume.

What to do if the Welker INLOOP ACE sample container is not filling?
    • C
      Casey Walsh DDSSep 12, 2025
If the Welker inLoop™ ACE sample container is not filling, it might be due to several reasons. The external sand relief on the inLoop™ ACE may be set too high and needs adjustment. The poppet of the internal inlet or outlet check valve may be damaged and needs replacement. The sample inlet and/or outlet pressure may be inadequate for the actuation pressure, or vice versa, so ensure they are appropriately balanced. Welker recommends using the Welker Checkpoint™ Sample Bite Verification Panel to verify the sample volume. The inLoop™ ACE may also be set at a faster sampling frequency than desired, so adjust the sampling rate accordingly. Also, check if the external sand relief on the inLoop™ ACE may be set too low and needs adjustment.

What to do if the Welker Controller inLoop™ ACE is not actuating properly and the sample container isn't filling?
    • C
      Courtney StewartAug 26, 2025
If the Welker Controller inLoop™ ACE isn't actuating correctly and the sample container isn't filling, several factors could be at play. First, check the hydraulic supply; it might be too low or not working. Inspect the electro-hydraulic unit and add oil if needed. Next, verify the pneumatic supply and regulator to ensure the correct air pressure. Also, the solenoid might be malfunctioning; try the manual override button. Ensure the sample inlet valve is open and the outlet valve is closed during sampling. The inLoop™ ACE might also be set at a slower sampling frequency than desired, so adjust it accordingly. Lastly, the relief on the inLoop™ ACE may be set too high; check and adjust as needed.

Why is the sample container filling too quickly on my Welker Controller inLoop™ ACE?
    • R
      Richard ThompsonAug 28, 2025
If the sample container is filling too quickly on your Welker Controller inLoop™ ACE, it could be due to a few reasons. The inLoop™ ACE might not be collecting the correct sample volume. Welker recommends the Welker Checkpoint™ Sample Bite Verification Panel for verifying the sample volume of the inLoop™ ACE. The inLoop™ ACE may also be set at a faster sampling frequency than desired; adjust it to the desired rate. Additionally, the relief on the inLoop™ ACE may be set too low; check and adjust it as necessary.
