      If the Welker Industrial Equipment inLoop™ ACE is not actuating properly and the sample container is not filling, it could be due to several factors. The hydraulic supply may be too low or not operating, so refer to Figure 8 to determine the appropriate setting. The pneumatic supply may be too high, too low, or not operating, so inspect the pneumatic supply and regulator to ensure the correct pressure. The solenoid may not be working properly, so use the manual override button to check its operation. The inlet valve on the sample container may be closed, so ensure it is open during sampling. The outlet on the sample container may be open, so ensure it is closed during sampling. If the inLoop™ ACE is not collecting the correct sample volume, Welker recommends the Welker Checkpoint™ Sample B...
