Wen 3500 (6.5 hp engine) carburetor assembly
To disassemble the carburetor on a Wen 3500 generator, do the following:
Remove the hex head bolt from the bottom of the carburetor bowl.
Separate the bowl from the bottom of the carburetor.

Wen 3500 Generator Carburetor Disassembly

Remove Carburetor Bowl Bolt

Remove the hex head bolt from the bottom of the carburetor bowl.

Separate Carburetor Bowl

Separate the bowl from the bottom of the carburetor.

Remove Float and Pivot Pin

Remove the pivot pin from the float and pull the float away from the carburetor.

Remove Carburetor Jet

Insert a 1/4" flat head screwdriver into the center stem to remove the jet.

Remove Carburetor Nozzle

Remove the nozzle from inside the center stem.

Carburetor Reassembly Instructions

Reassembly is in reverse order; ensure the o-ring is properly seated.
