What to do if Wen 56125i runs but does not support all connected electrical devices?
    • J
      josephhouseAug 6, 2025
If your WEN Inverter runs but doesn't support all connected devices, the issue could stem from several sources. A faulty extension cord could be the culprit, so try using a different one. The electrical device itself might be bad; attempt connecting a different device to check. If the overload light is on, the generator is overloaded. To resolve this, turn off and unplug all electrical devices, shut down the engine, wait a few minutes, and then restart the engine, connecting fewer devices. A short in one of the connected devices can also cause this problem, so try disconnecting any potentially faulty electrical loads.

How to fix blue smoke in exhaust of Wen 56125i?
    • J
      jamesfosterAug 15, 2025
If you notice blue smoke in the exhaust of your WEN Inverter, this could be due to a couple of reasons. The generator might be inclined, causing oil to enter the combustion chamber; in this case, move the generator to a level position. Alternatively, too much oil might have been added to the crankcase, so drain the excessive oil.

Why Wen 56125i Inverter engine will not start?
    • K
      Kristine LynchOct 26, 2025
If your WEN Inverter engine won't start, several factors could be the cause. First, make sure the engine switch is in the CHOKE position. If that's not the issue, the fuel might be contaminated or old, so try changing it. Check the oil level; if it's low, add or replace the oil. A dirty air filter can also prevent starting, so clean it. Inspect the spark plug for dirt or damage, and clean or replace it as needed. Ensure the generator is on a level surface to prevent the low oil shutdown from activating. If the carburetor is air locked, shut off the gas valve and remove the screw from the bottom of the carburetor to allow it to reset. Finally, if the generator was tilted when adding oil, remove the spark plugs, turn off the engine switch, and pull the recoil starter four times to remove the...
