Why won't my Wen PW3200 Pressure Washer engine start?
    • S
      sonia51Jul 29, 2025
There are several reasons why your Wen Pressure Washer engine might not start: * The engine switch may be set to “OFF”. If that's the case, set it to “ON”. * The fuel valve may be turned to “OFF”. If so, turn the fuel valve to the “ON” position. * The choke might be open, so close it. * The engine could be out of fuel, add gasoline. * The engine might be filled with contaminated or old gasoline, change the gasoline in the gas tank. * The spark plug might be dirty, so clean it. If it's broken, replace it. * The generator might not be on a level surface, move it to a level surface to prevent low oil shutdown from triggering. * The oil level may be low, add or replace the oil.

What to do if my Wen PW3200 pump fails to produce pressure or pressure is inconsistent?
    • S
      Shelia MorrisAug 8, 2025
If your Wen Pressure Washer pump isn't producing pressure or the pressure is inconsistent, here's what you can check: 1. Ensure the water supply isn't restricted. Inspect the garden hose for leaks and make sure you're using a large enough hose (minimum 3/4” diameter). 2. Make sure the water is turned on to full power. 3. Check if the nozzle is clogged and clean it if necessary. 4. Inspect the spray gun for leaks. Check the spray gun connection or replace the spray gun if needed. 5. Remove any air in the line by squeezing the trigger handle. 6. Clean the inlet hose screen if it's clogged. 7. Ensure the water supply is not over 100°F; use a cool water supply.

Why is the water pressure weak on my Wen Pressure Washer?
    • D
      Daniel LewisAug 17, 2025
Weak water pressure in your Wen Pressure Washer could be due to a few reasons: * The water supply may be restricted. Inspect the garden hose for leaks and ensure you are using a large enough hose (min. 3/4” diameter). * The water might not be turned on to full power, open the water source all the way. * You might not be using a high-pressure nozzle. Try changing the nozzle.
