How to fix Weslo Crosswalk 5.2t Treadmill when the power does not turn on?
    • B

If your Weslo Treadmill isn't powering on, here are a few things to check: * Ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into a surge suppressor, and the surge suppressor is connected to a properly grounded outlet. * Make sure the key is fully inserted into the console after plugging in the power cord. * Examine the power switch on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If it's protruding, the switch has tripped. To reset it, wait five minutes, then press the switch back in. * Try unplugging the power cord, waiting five minutes, and then plugging it back in. * Remove and reinsert the key from the console.

If your Weslo Treadmill's walking belt is off-center or slips when you walk on it, here's what you can do: If the belt has shifted to the left, use the hex key to turn the left idler roller screw clockwise 1/2 of a turn. If it has shifted to the right, turn the left idler roller screw counterclockwise 1/2 of a turn. After making the adjustment, plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat this process until the walking belt is properly centered.

Why does my Weslo Crosswalk 5.2t Treadmill walking belt slow down when I walk on it?
    • E
      Eddie JonesAug 14, 2025
There are a couple of reasons why your Weslo Treadmill's walking belt might be slowing down when you walk on it. First, check if the walking belt is overtightened. If it is, this can decrease performance and potentially damage the belt. To correct this, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Then, use the hex key to turn both idler roller screws counterclockwise by 1/4 of a turn. Also, your treadmill belt is coated with a high-performance lubricant. Never apply silicone spray or other substances to the walking belt or the walking platform unless instructed by an authorized service representative.

    • M
      Melissa EvansAug 19, 2025
To stop the upper body arms of your Weslo Treadmill from squeaking, you'll need a small amount of white marine grease (available at hardware stores). Turn the Resistance Knob counterclockwise and remove it. Next, remove the Resistance Cone and the Left Upper Body Arm, along with the Resistance Plate, Washers, Spring Washer, Thrust Washers, and Thrust Bearing. Apply a thin layer of white marine grease to the outer surface of the Resistance Cone.
