How to fix Weslo CROSSWALK 5.2T Treadmill when the power does not turn on?
    • E
      erikgrayJul 26, 2025
First, ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into a surge suppressor, and the surge suppressor is plugged into a properly grounded outlet. Then, with the power cord plugged in, verify that the key is inserted into the console. Check the power switch located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If the switch has tripped, wait five minutes, and then press it back in. Also, try removing and reinserting the key from the console.

If the walking belt has shifted to the left, use the hex key to turn the left idler roller screw clockwise 1/2 of a turn. If it has shifted to the right, turn the left idler roller screw counterclockwise 1/2 of a turn. After adjusting, plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat these steps until the walking belt is centered.

Why does the walking belt slow down when I walk on my Weslo CROSSWALK 5.2T Treadmill?
    • J
      James SandersAug 18, 2025
The walking belt might be overtightened, which can decrease performance and potentially damage the belt. To resolve this, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Then, using the hex key, turn both idler roller screws counterclockwise by 1/4 of a turn. Also, your treadmill walking belt is coated with a high-performance lubricant, so avoid applying silicone spray or other substances to it.
