ADJUSTABLE MICROMETER TORQUE WRENCH
Adjustments of Torque settings
1. To unlock handle hold tube and pull lock ring back allowing handle to turn CW or CCW
2. Set the wrench to desired torque as follows :
Example – 83 ft-lbs
1) Keep slight rearward pull on lock-ring during all adjustments
2) Line up thimble edge with the “80” graduation cross line and zero with vertical line. Wrench is now set at 80
ft-lbs ( See FIG1 )
3) Turn handle and set thimble graduation to “3” on vertical line. Wrench is now set at 83 ft-lbs. ( See FIG2)
4) Lock handle by releasing back pressure on lock-ring until it clicks and handle doesn’t turn.
5) To torque fastener, keep hand centered on the knurled handle. Apply a slow steady force in the desired
direction until a click/impulse is heard or felt. Stop pulling and allow the wrench to reset
NOTE: Not all models measure in foot pounds.
IMPORTANT:
Do not continue to apply force once the preset torque setting has been reached.
Do not set torque below minimum setting and/or apply more torque than maximum setting.

Should this product fail to perform satisfactorily due to a defect or poor workmanship within ONE YEAR from the date
of purchase, return it to the place of purchase and it will be replaced, free of charge. Incidental or consequential
damages are excluded from this warranty.
