Kitchen Aid Modular Steam
The steam oven is a traditional oven (with normal behaviors) that has the possibility to
plug a special tray with different accessory that allows to make new cooking:
Professional steam functions assisted steam cooking functions with the steam
accessory, it is possible to change the oven temperature
Pure steam cooking with pure steam accessory, it is not possible to set any temperature
(automatic control)
Custom steam cooking with the steam accessory, it is possible to change the cavity
temperature and to choose between 3 different levels hi-mid-low for the steam
FORESEEN Artisan enable the plug so it is possible to add different accessories. It is
possible to set the duty cycle of the accessory in order to allow the use of a large variety
of accessories
behavior in program will be different if the product detect the accessory to be present or
not.
