Cooling Fan Tangential
Induction Oven
Mode of operation in the appliance:
The tangential fan is cooling the oven itself, the door glass and the surrounding furniture.
The fan speed is fixed because the power is controlled by a relay which is mounted on the
control board. The activation of the fan takes place after 5 min. of starting the baking
cycle or the temperature in the cavity reached 150°C. This is valid for all programs except
or after reaching 300°C. (This is valid for the Bio Energy Step 2 oven only)
In case of condition failure mode the fan stays on for 18 s and off for 42 s in average the
fan is running constantly with 30% power.
The periodically clicking sound of the relay will be clearly recognizable.
