The value read is out of the range. The value
read is out of the allowed values for 30 seconds:
lower than 0 c or greater than 120 C.
The failure has to be checked only if some water
is in the tank (at least minimum level is read).
If the value returns in the allowed range for 30
seconds the failure is erased and the oven
returns to work in normal way
