Switch OFF all the loads, except IPC
power relay ,Manage Cooling fan and door
lock in accordance with specified in the
dedicated paragraph.
Fan frequency is out of the range (10-120Hz) for
at least 5 seconds, if the value is lower than
10Hz the fan is powered with the maximum duty;
if the failure persists for other 5 seconds the
failure is showed.
