Switch OFF all the loads, except IPC
power relay ,Manage Cooling fan and door
lock in accordance with specified in the
dedicated paragraph
Coil NTC under 16 C for at least 30 sec.
The failure is cleared when a Temperature
greater than 16 C is detected for at least 1
seconds.
