Before installing the machine make sure of the following facilities
A. Electrical requirements
A 220 Volts, 5Amps socket with proper earth and fuse is required.
DO NOT USE EXTENSION CORD WITH THE WASHING MACHINE.
SUCH USE MAY RESULT IN FIRE, ELECTRICAL SHOCK OR OTHER
PERSONAL INJURY DUE TO IMPROPER OR INADEQUATE
GROUNDING.
B. Water source
A water tap suitable to the faucet coupler (Tap end assy.) supplied with the
machine is required (Max. tap diameter 3/4").
C. Drain facility
A drain at floor level to drain the used water form the machine by gravity is
required.
D. Sturdy floor
The floor must be level and sturdy enough to support the machine weight.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Check the plug point to which the machine is to be connected. For proper earthing
using a multimeter in voltage mode. The meter should read 220 Volts between line
and earth and line and neutral. Also the meter should read 0 Volts between earth and
neutral. If earthing is not proper advise the customer to get the same corrected by an
electrician before installing the washing machine
2. Cut the straps wound over the machine carton using stripper or a knife.
3. Take out the corrugated packing material placed over the machine.
4. Pull out the corner posts placed at the corner of the carton one by one.
5. Remove the carton.
6. Remove the polythene cover wrapped over the machine.
7. Open the machine lid and take out the fill hose, drain hose and measuring cup. Also
remove the plastic bag containing:
a) User manual
b) Laundry Guide
c) Drain hose clamp
d) Fill hose washer
