The input can be aborted with the [Home] button. The instrument exits the
menu and returns to the main display.
To accept the name, press the [<>] button repeatedly until the instrument jumps back
one menu level.
Press the [HOME] button in order to exit the menu.
When entering, the following must be observed:
No special characters or blank spaces can be entered.
Only letters (A-Z) or numbers (0-9) can be entered.
The maximum number of characters for the custom unit name is 6 characters.
The factor is limited to a value between xxxxxx.....xxxxxx.
The displayed pressure value is calculated as described in the following formula:
sensor / user factor
The second configurable user-defined units is only available with 0.25 % FS
accuracy.
7.4.6 Factory reset
The Factory reset function resets the CPG1200 to default settings. Stored logger
processes are retained.
The entry of the password to enable the data logger remains stored after a
factory reset of the instrument.
7.5 Communication with WIKA-Cal calibration software
The communication between WIKA-Cal and the CPG1200 can be operated via USB
interface (instrument is operated via a virtual COM port) or alternatively, if available, via
the Bluetooth
®
interface.
As soon as a connection exists over Bluetooth
®
, it can communicate with the
WIKA-Cal calibration software. It can transmit and evaluate live measurements or also
measurements that have already been made, without difficulty.
7.5.1 Activating Bluetooth
®
in the CPG1200
In order to start wireless data transmission, under “Menu” / “Settings” / “Bluetooth”,
the function must be set to “On”.
1. Press the [MENU/◀▶] button.
2. Press and hold the [MENU/◀▶] button until the “Bluetooth” presetting appears in
the matrix field.
