MAINTENANCE
Handle your RINGMAX ringer with care. Avoid exposing the RINGMAX to
knocks or blows, rain or damp environments, extreme heat or direct sun-
light, leaking batteries, vibrations or heavy dust, etc.
When cleaning the RINGMAX use a lightly moist cloth. If necessary, use a
mild detergent only. Never use strong detergents or you may damage the
surface nish of your RINGMAX.
FCC REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION
The RINGMAX has been registered with the Federal Communications Com-
mission (FCC), for direct connection to the telephone lines. To comply with
the FCC regulations, the following instructions must be read carefully and
applicable portions followed completely.
1 The RINGMAX complies with Part 68 of FCC regulations. A label
located on the back side of the RINGMAX contains the FCC
registration number and ringer equivalence number (REN). If
requested, this information must be provided to the telephone
company.
