Connecting RINGMAX to the telephone system
A line cord is enclosed in the packing. One end of the line cord is provided
with a modular plug. Connect this plug to the corresponding plug on the
bottom of the unit. See Fig. 3.
If there is no wall or oor socket available, use the enclosed ”Y-adapter”, see
Fig. 4. (If you have an old type of telephone socket you will have to insert a
4-prong modular adaptor rst.)

Note: The RINGMAX should be connected to a
single phone line only. Do not attempt to connect the
RINGMAX to a phone bank or multi-phone line system
or it will not work properly.
