Never operate the pump without priming water. For it will damage the mechanical-seal and the impeller and shorten the service life of the
pump.
Không vận hành máy bơm khi chƣa mồi nƣớc vì sẽ làm hỏng phớt cơ khí và cánh bơm cũng nhƣ giảm tuổi thọ máy bơm.
WHEN THE PUMP REUSED AFTER A LONG TIME
KHI SỬ DỤNG LẠI MÁY BƠM SAU THỜI GIAN DÀI
-There is a possibility for the motor not to be operated in spite of switching on the
electric power because of the sticking and
solidification of the dirk and filth in the water of the pump head.
Có thể động cơ sẽ không chạy sau khi bật điện vì có bụi và tạp chất trong nƣớc của
đầu bơm máy bơm.
-In that case, turn off the electric power, and then turn the shaft side hole in back of the
motor a few times with driver or something like that. After that, you can operate the
pump as usual.
Trong trƣờng hợp này, tắt điện và dùng tuốc nơ vít hoặc dụng cụ tƣơng tự vặn vài lần
lỗ bên hông trục chính phía sau động cơ. Sau đó vận hành máy bơm nhƣ bình thƣờng.
HOW TO START THE PUMP
CÁCH KHỞI ĐỘNG MÁY BƠM
Since this pump is not self-priming system, at the start of operation, make priming by the following sequence:
Vì máy bơm không có chức năng tự mồi nƣớc nên phải mồi nƣớc trƣớc khi vận hành theo trình tự sau:
1. Remove the Hopper cap and pour water into the pump and replace the hopper cap.
Air in the suction pipe shall be puiled out with the water.
Mở nắp lỗ mồi nƣớc, sau đó đổ nƣớc vào và thay nắp.
Xả toàn bộ khí và nƣớc bên trong ống hút.
2. Before the power switch on, the water cock of the discharge side should be opened.
Trƣớc khi mở điện, mở vòi nƣớc ở cửa xả.
3. After the power switch on, start priming procedure immediately.
Sau khi mở điện, tiến hành mồi nƣớc ngay.
4. When the priming is not successful, air may be remained in the suction pipe.
Then, to remove air in the suction pipe, pour water and power on and off repeatedly.
Nếu không mồi nƣớc đƣợc, có thể khí vẫn còn bên trong ống hút.
Xả khí bên trong ống hút, mồi nƣớc lại và bật tắt máy bơm vài lần.
5. Because the pup has no switch, use power siwtch on the wall or plug in and out from the receptacle.
Sử dụng công tắc gắn tƣờng hoặc phích cắm vì máy bơm không có công tắc.
