Controller error codes
Incidents Error codes Causes Self-acknow-
ledging
Following actions
Maximum pump cycles per
hour
E140 Frequent starts due to
leakage (counter of starts
in specific time)
Error will be generated.
Pressure sensor fault
E40.1 Short circuit or wire break
(signal value out of the
range 4-20mA)
Pump stops, error will be generated.
Dry running RWM
E62.1 No minimum pressure after
MP start/operation within a
specific time in RWM
x If within in specific time there is no min-
imum pressure. The pump keeps on run-
ning and it will be switched over to TWM
for an adjustable time and back again in
RWM. If pressure is increase above min-
imum pressure within an adjustable time
in RWM, system operates normally again.
If pressure could not increases, it will be
switch over to TWM and back again for a
maximum of 5 times per hour. During this
time the pressure value on main screen is
blinking. After 5 times pump stops, error
will be generated.
Dry running TWM
E62.2 No minimum pressure after
MP start/operation within a
specific time in TWM
x pump stops, error will be generated.
Self-priming failure
No water in suction side
(see dry running)
(see dry running).
Max. runtime pump
E141 Maximum permanent op-
eration time is reached,
leakage in system
Pump stops, error will be generated.
Break tank overflow
E66.0 Too much water in break
tank via overflow sensor
Forced TWM, error will be generated.
