Preparation
Prepare the finished opening for the rangetop according
to the dimensions shown in the installation illustration.
The platform must be a minimum of 19mm thick and
include a cutout at the right rear for the electrical and gas
supply connections. It must be level to ensure the cooking
surface is level. Refer to the chart below for the minimum
base support.

Placement
Use an appliance dolly to move the unit near the opening.
Remove and recycle packing materials.
If a riser is specified, refer to the installation instructions
packaged with the riser. The riser must be installed before
the rangetop is installed.
Place the unit into the opening. Connect the gas and elec-
trical supply. The connections may need to be made prior
to final placement.
For wok models, install the wok plate notch toward the
front of the unit. Refer to the illustration below.

Note - A minimum of clearance of 1200mm is required from the Char Grill Burner to the
filter of the range-hood.
For models without Char-Grill the recommended minimum height from the pan support to the underside of the
Range-hood is 650mm unless the range-hood manufacturer specifies a height greater than 650mm
Apply the duplicate data label in the cabinet under the cooktop or on an adjacent cupboard door.
