1. Why is my dash cam not turning on? / Why is my dash cam automatically turning on and off
after a period of use?
Firstly, please confirm if you are using the original accessories. If not, please try using the
original accessories to check if the problem still persists. If you are already using the original
accessories and still encountering issues, the problem may be caused by the accessories. You
can try checking the following:
• To test whether the i17 dash cam is working normally, please unplug the TF card and GPS
bracket, and use the car charger to supply power.
