Re-connect the 3-way
connector and open a
tap to run the turbine.
Is there between 1.5V
and 4.5V across the
green and black
wires/terminals?
Is there continuity in
the main harness?
Disconnect the 3 way
in-line connector to
the turbine.
Is there 5VDC between
the two outer pins
(main harness side)?
Take care not to
damage the pins.
