4.6 CONDENSATE CONNECTION
Never terminate or discharge into any open source, including; sink,
bath, shower, bidet, toilet etc.
▶ Ensure that the condensate drain is 22mm diameter plastic pipe. It
must fall at least 52mm per metre towards the outlet.
▶ Refer to figure 41, condensate connection:
▶ Align the installation side plastic pipework through the pre-plumbing
manifold.
▶ Connect the installation side plastic pipework to the end of the
condensate hose.
▶ Push the plastic pipework inside the condensate hose at least
25mm.

Any external condensate pipe work of excessive runs
should be protected with weather resistant insulation to
help prevent freezing.
