7. The Flashback will not “Print Print Flash” only “Print Flash Print Flash”
Make sure the correct mode is selected.
How many strokes selected on the press? The “Print Print Flash” mode will only work when there are two strokes set on the ashed
head. “Print Flash Print Flash” will work on any number of strokes.
“Print Print Flash” will only work in automac, the second ash is canceled from the output to the delay mer. If this connecon is
not made correctly at the CPU, or at the relay in the ashback it will not cancel the ash

Is the press in auto mode? “Print Flash Print” will only work in automac, as the second ash is canceled from the output to the
delay mer. The “Print Print Flash” mode gets its output to ash from the delay mer output on the CPU.
9. The Flashback will not “Print Flash Print Flash”:
Make sure the correct mode is selected.
Is the table making contact with communicator when tabling down, and coming o the switch when it tables up?
How do I level the Flashback:
At the mounng brackets, carefully loosen the levers and adjust the riser bolts up or down to desired posion. Make sure the
element tray does not drag on the pallet or rub the screen. Then ghten handles when set to your liking.
How do I change stroke length:
On the le side of the track where the element tray rides in, there is a reversing bracket installed there, it is mounted with a screw,
loosen the screw and move the bracket forwards or backwards to the desired length and ghten the screw.
The element tray seems to bind when ashing:
Check to make sure that all wheels are ght and free from any foreign substance.
Are the tracks clean and greased and free from any foreign substance?
Make sure the band cylinder isn't binding at the connecon point of the carriage.
Are the screws on the snap acon switch hing the frame? If so, reverse the screws so they insll going the opposite direcon.
Is the element tray rubbing up against one side or another on the frame? If so, adjust the tray as needed make sure its moves
freely without binding.
