Why does my Workzone TITANIUM MWW706S-35L-1200WC Vacuum Cleaner suction decrease?
    • L
      leeduarteAug 3, 2025
A decrease in suction in your Workzone Vacuum Cleaner can occur due to several reasons: a blocked flexible hose (17), a blocked extension suction tube (18), or the tank (10) being more than 2/3 full. To resolve this, gently remove any obstructions from the flexible hose or extension suction tube using a long stick. Also, completely empty the tank (10) if it is too full.

      Holly DunnAug 11, 2025
If your Workzone Vacuum Cleaner doesn't turn on, the issue might be with the power cord or the mains outlet. Try plugging the appliance into another mains outlet. If it still doesn’t work, the power cord must be replaced by a certified electrician using identical replacement parts.

Why does my Workzone TITANIUM MWW706S-35L-1200WC noise change and suction decrease?
    • B
      bturnerAug 17, 2025
Changes in noise and decreased suction in your Workzone Vacuum Cleaner can be caused by a dirty and clogged HEPA filter (16), a dirty and clogged foam filter (19), or if the tank (10) is too full. Clean the HEPA filter (16) regularly by carefully patting it and cleaning it with a fine or hand brush. Clean the foam filter (19) with a little soft soap under running water. If suction continues to decrease after cleaning the filters, replace them with new ones. Also, completely empty the tank (10) if it has reached 2/3 full.
