Why does Worx WR167E run outside the boundary wire?
    • J
      Joshua FullerSep 10, 2025
If your Worx Landroid runs outside the boundary wire, doesn't mow within a zone, or moves erratically near it, it could be due to: * The boundary wire of another Landroid or robotic mower being too close. Ensure at least 1m clearance between your boundary wire and any others. * Signal leakage in wet conditions where the wire has been joined or repaired incorrectly. Check boundary wire joints and insulate them for a waterproof connection. * Boundary wire electric signal leakage due to broken insulation. Repair damaged wire with the supplied connectors.

      hrobertsSep 9, 2025
If your Worx Lawn Mower takes much longer to charge than normal, it could be due to: * A poor connection caused by debris on the charging strip. Clean the contact pins on the charging pile and the charging strip on Landroid with a cloth. * The charging protection program being activated due to high temperature. Place the charging station in a shady area or wait until the temperature cools down.

Why does my Worx WR167E Lawn Mower Landroid stop in the working area?
    • L
      Lynn KellySep 8, 2025
Your Worx Landroid stopping in the working area can be caused by: * An obstacle in the working area. Remove any obstacles. * The cutting height being set too low for the grass length or the grass being too dense. Raise the cutting height gradually. * The extended boundary wire exceeding 300m, which may cause signal problems. Reduce the length of the boundary wire. * The distance between the center of the lawn and the boundary wire exceeding 25m, potentially causing signal attenuation. Reduce this distance to within 25m.
