Q: The skateboard is shaking or vibrating
A: If the skateboard is shaking or vibrating while in use, the wheels or bearings
may be worn or damaged. Check the wheels and bearings for signs of wear and
replace them if necessary. If the problem persists, there may be an issue with
the motor or drive train, and you should contact customer support.
Q: After turning on the skateboard, there is a continuous slight noise.
A: When you turn on the board, the battery needs to output a large amount of
current, and the ESC needs to input a large amount of current. This can cause
a noise, but it's normal and there is no need to worry.
Q: About Bushing Softness.
A: We use 90A bushings, please adjust the softness of the bushings according
to your weight after you receive the board. If you feel soft, you can tighten the
bushing, if you feel hard, you can loosen the bushing a little and adjust the
bushing to the most suitable for your state.

WowGo board will be very durable.
1. Keep your board away from water. Especially keep the power
button and charging port away from water.
2. Charge the battery when the battery is about 20-50%. Don't wait
until the battery is completely exhausted and then charge it.
3. Avoid driving on bad roads as far as possible, because sharp
stones or sharp objects may cut the wheels.
4. lf you won't use the board for a long time, please charge the battery
to 60% and charge it once per month.
5. Avoid huge impact on the board.
6. Do not disassemble your board unless instructed by a professional
of wowgo.
You can scrub the board with a twisted wet towel.
Don't flush the board with running water.
