Warranty
WowGo 3E Electric Skateboard comes with a 180-Day warranty that
covers any manufacturing defects. WowGo boards are built using the
best configuration of motors, ESC, and battery. We tested all
individual parts and ran each WowGo Board for 210 minutes before
packaging it for shipment (unloaded).
All components, such as an extra remote or battery, can be purchased
at our online shop. If the part is not available, please contact
wowgoboard@163.com.
WowGo electric skateboards can be easily repaired by replacing any
broken parts. We will always diagnose and send free replacement
parts for boards that are still covered by the warranty.
We will diagnose and send replacement parts until the board is fixed.
For example, if we send a battery and the problem still persists, we
will keep sending whatever is needed until the right component is
replaced.
We will reply to all questions within 24 hours. The shipping time for
accessories and replacement parts are 3-25 days. (Shipping time may
increase depending on the destination.)
Water damage, wheel abrasion, and any artificial damage
is NOT covered by the warranty.

Other Safety Precautions
1. Use the slow speed mode (mode 1 or 2) if you are a novice.
2. Slow down when you feel like you're losing control at high speed.
3. Maintain a safe distance between yourself and the vehicle or
pedestrians in front of you.
4. To prevent falling off your board, brake gradually and avoid sudden
stops.
Protect
ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET
OTHER PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Quick Start
1. Turn on the WowGo Board and the Remote.
2. Step on the WowGo Board and slowly push the throttle on the remote
to control your board.
3. Lean forward when accelerating and backward when braking.
4. Always wear a helmet and other necessary protective gear.
