Q: How long does the skateboard need to be charged for?
A: There are no strict regulations for charging electric skateboards. If you feel
that the battery is low, you can charge it. However, it is generally recommended
to charge the battery when it reaches 10%-20% remaining capacity and to avoid
charging after it is completely drained. Charging a fully depleted battery can
cause damage to the battery.
Q: The motor speed is slower than when it was first purchased.
A: High temperatures can cause the internal magnetism of the motor to weaken,
which is normal and does not affect the motor's operation. In addition, please
avoid magnetic objects such as magnets when using or storing the skateboard.
Q: The skateboard cannot be turned on normally.
A: Please use a DC test wire to directly connect the ESC and the charger. If it
still cannot be turned on, it is an ESC issue. If it can be turned on normally, it is
a battery issue. If you need guidance, please contact customer service via
email.
Q: There is an issue with the battery life.
A: The battery life will be affected by many factors, such as the weight of the
rider, the riding speed mode, and the condition of the road.
