The issue might be that the electrode is not immersed, the cable is broken, the electrolytic gel has dried out, there's an air bubble in front of the diaphragm, or there's air in the diaphragm. To solve this: * Immerse the electrode into the sample solution. * If needed, exchange the electrode. * Remove any air bubbles. * Suck off air or moisten the diaphragm.
