operating instructions and act
accordingly. Keep these operat-
ing instructions for later use or for a
subsequent owner.
Failure to observe the instruction manual and
the safety instructions could result in damage
to the device and danger for the operator and

poses, always use original spare parts from
Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG. This will ensure
the continuing safe operation of the device.

3 Result
This is where the result of a handling step
sequence is described.
Check the device by connecting it to a known
power source, e.g. a 230 V socket.
If the display for one or more functions fails
in the process, the device must no longer
specialist technicians.
Electric shock may result in major injuries or
death and may endanger the functionality of
objects (e.g. damage to the device).
In commercial facilities the accident preven-
tion regulations (in Germany issued by the
commercial trade association for the safety
of electrical systems and equipment) must be
observed.
Before starting work, please observe
the 5 safety rules:
— Disconnect mains
— Prevent reconnection
— Test absence of voltage by
approved means (establish
absence of voltage using 2-pole
voltage indicators)
— Earthing and short-circuiting
— Protect adjacent live parts using
covers
Use only genuine Würth accessories
and spare parts.
Intended use
The device is a portable all-pole switching personal
protection switch with electronic error evaluation for
use on sockets with unknown protective measures, to
provide a safe current source from an electrical feed
for use by persons and/or electrical equipment.
The personal protection switch can be used as a

posed DC currents up to 6 mA, pulsing DC-residual
currents and half-cycle residual currents.
Any other use is considered improper.
The user is solely responsible for damage
resulting from improper use while any
warranty claims against the manufacturer
will likewise become invalid.
