Problemi nell'accesso a MFP ControlCentre (MCC)
Se si incontrano problemi nell'accesso a MCC, procedere nel modo seguente:
• Verificare che il software MCC sia installato (solo in Windows). Fare clic su Start > Programmi >
Xerox Office Printing > Phaser 6121MFP > MCC > Xerox Phaser 6121MFP MCC. Per installare
l'utilità MCC, vedere Installazione dell'utilità MCC a pagina 46.
• Verificare che la stampante sia collegata correttamente al computer mediante un cavo USB 2.0
A/B standard. Vedere Collegamento della stampante a pagina 36.
• Accertarsi che la porta USB funzioni correttamente.
• Verificare che le informazioni sulla stampante siano state scaricate nell'utilità MCC. Fare clic
sull'icona Connetti nell'utilità MCC, quindi sull'icona Scarica. Per ulteriori informazioni, fare clic su
Guida nella barra dei menu dell'utilità MCC per visualizzare la Guida in linea.
