Authentication using SMB
• When SMB authentication is performed using the assigned IP address or host
name, authentication is successful if only the user name and passcode matches the
authentication server, even if the domain name does not match.
• In IPv6 environment without DNS server, authentication using SMB is not available
if a computer name is specified as the SMB server.
