There are foreign objects at the scale's
feet, or there are obstructions at the
scale's edges, or the scale is not
placed on a hard and flat suface.
Remove any foreign objects or
obstructions, or move the scale to a hard
and flat surface. Then gently press the
four corners with your fingers to make
sure the scale is placed steadily
and measure again.
Step on the scale for measurement
before the display shows 0,0 kg.
Wake up the scale, and measure after the
display shows 0,0 kg. If there is a value
on the display, wait until the display turns
off, then wake it up again and measure
after the display shows 0,0kg.
Measure without binding the scale.
No user is recognized, or the user
information is incorrect.
Measure without stepping on the
scale barefoot.
Bind and connect the scale properly
and troubleshoot according to the
instructions in the app.

The skin on the soles of the feet is
too dry, wet, or scaly. Or the scale's
electrodes are not clean.
Feet are moved or not in contact with
the electrodes during measurement.
Clean the soles of your feet and the
electrodes with a slightly damp towel
before measuring again.
Please make sure that your soles and heels
are in close contact with the electrodes as
much as possible, and remain still during
measurement.
The deviation of body
fat measurement is
significant.
The weather is too dry, or the skin on
the soles of the feet is too dry or wet.
Clean the soles of your feet and the
electrodes with a slightly damp towel
before measurng again.

The feet are not in full contact with the
electrodes during measurement.
The limbs touch each other during
measurement.
Measurement is taken in an abnormal
physical state or after strenuous excercise.
Follow the proper postures for
measurement: Step barefoot on the scale,
keep feet in full contact with the four
electrodes on the scale's surface, and keep
inner thighs, legs, or feet apart during
measurement.
Measure again after achieving a stable
physical state.
