5.1 Routine Inspection and Issue Handling
CAUTION------ The SCL170A should be inspected every month.
please stop using it immediately once damage is identified, and please
contact the local dealer to repair or replace parts.
WARNING------Please inspect and test the SCL170A with no load
before using, and please stop using and contact the local dealer or
manufacturer to inspect and repair if the following occurs:
(1) Low power warning even the battery is fully charged.
(2) The switches or buttons on the control panel don’t work, or the
function doesn’t match the manual.
(3) The highest and lowest position limit function does not work.
(4) The ball screw shaft breaks or other damages occur.
(5) The loading board (load-free) is stuck in the process of going up or
down.
(6) The abnormal sound is identified in the load-free operation.
(7) The loading board, equipment body or other parts deformation or
damage.
(8) The casters do not work well.
