a.Diagnosis

Damaged oil seal

The rear shock absorber must not be
disassembled
and repaired to avoid affecting the
performance.
If any damage to the rear shock
absorber
is found or the smooth operation is not
possible,
please go to the Yadea dealer for
inspection or replacement.

b.Maintenance
1. Open the seat cushion flip.
2. Remove the seat bucket.
3.Inspection
●
Lock bolt for rear shock absorber: Loosen
→
Tighten
Upper nut 48N
Lower nut 30N
●
Oil leakage/cracking/damage/scratches/spring failure
→
Replace
●
Hold the rear handrail with both hands and compress the rear shock absorber up and down several times. Such as NG
operation (stuck, bottoming, etc.)
→
Replace
• The rear shock absorber must not be disassembled and repaired to avoid affecting the performance.
• The shock absorber cannot adjust the preload. Although the external spring support base has threads, the
design is mainly for the appearance and the connection of the lower lug to the oil storage barrel.
• If any damage to the rear shock absorber is found or the smooth operation is not possible, please go to
the Yadea dealer for inspection or replacement.
