Judgement method for fault maintenance of Handle failure
Before performing the handle fault detection, confirm whether the handle is stuck. If so, remove the foreign objects and then
power on again to solve the failure.
Failure phenomenon: The failure light of meter lights up, and there is no power output when turning the handle.
1. Check the connection status of the turnout lead wire
Check if the wire is loose
2. Check the status of the Hall handle
Use a multimeter to measure whether the voltage of the
handle is greater than 4.2V and less than 5V, and then check
whether the output voltage is between 0.8-1V when it is not
rotating. Turn the handle to the bottom to confirm that the
output voltage is between 3.4-4V. If the above voltage does
not meet, the handle is faulty.
