What to do if the 'TX' icon appears on my Yaesu FTA-550 Pro-X Transceiver when using the SCU-42 headset adapter?

If the “TX” icon appears and the Yaesu Transceiver cannot be operated after connecting the SCU-42 headset adapter cable, ensure the adapter cable's plug is fully inserted into the MIC/SP jack and secured with the two screws. The issue arises if the plug is not fully inserted, preventing proper contact within the radio.
