5. Using the system
1
Setting a unique PIN code
1 On your Keypad press Panic Button A, followed
by the current PIN code (factory default code
is 0000)
(The LED will now flash continuously.)
2 Press panic button B.
3 Enter new 4-digit PIN code.
4 Press Arm button to confirm.
5 Press disarm twice to quit PIN setting mode.
(The Keypad LED will now stop flashing.)
• Check if you have been successful in changing
your PIN by trying to arm your alarm.
If this does not work, repeat the steps above in
quick succession.
• The Keypad will lock out for one minute after
four failed attempts to enter the PIN code.

Disarming the system
Press disarm followed by your PIN code.
(The siren will beep and flash twice.)

• If the system is armed, there is a 20 second
entry period enabling you to disarm.
• This starts when the first sensor is activated
(e.g. main door contact).
• The Siren will beep once upon detection
of this sensor and during this time all other
sensors will be ignored.
• If the system is not disarmed before
the entry period expires, the alarm will be
activated & the Siren will sound.
• The system does not have an audible
countdown during the entry period.

Arming the system
Press the arm button on the Keypad
(The Siren will beep and flash once. There will be no audible countdown.)
Once the system is armed,
you will have 20 seconds
to exit the property. During
this time all sensors will be
ignored.

Part-arming the system
For setting the Alarm whilst at home (for example at bed
time) please use the Part Arm function, to enable those
accessories which were LEARNT in for this feature during
the programming stage, referred to in section 3, point 2.
Once the system has been
part armed you will have 20
seconds to vacate the armed
area of the property.
