DANTE input/output check
Parameters: Set the OUTPUT button of OSCILLATOR on the
monitor screen to ON in advance.
At the end of Cubage reproduction in the EFFECT
sound output check, Scene 38 for DANTE input/
output check will be recalled
Listen to the sound of the oscillator for 15 seconds
to check that no noise is included.
For the details, refer to “DANTE sound output
check” on page 179.
6. Lamp Voltage Measurement
Measure the voltage between pins No.3 and No.4 at 3 places on
the rear panel.
Measure the voltage when the LAMP DIMMER is at MAX and
MIN positions.

Permissible Range 12.0
V±1.0 V 0.65 V±0.5 V
7. Fan Operation Check
After turning on the power switch, check that no fan operation
error is shown on the display.
8. Power Unit Output Voltage Check
After turning on the power switch, check the voltage between
pins No.1 (24V) and No.15 (GND) of the DC POWER INPUT
terminal on the rear panel.
Voltage value: +25.0 V ± 0.5 V
* If the output voltage is out of the above voltage range, adjust
it so that it is within the range, using the voltage adjusting
control VR601 on the power unit.
9. Normal Start Check
With the power to the main unit turned off and the PW800W
connected, check for proper starting.
10. Power CAUTION Check
With the PW800W connected to the main unit and both powers
turned on, check as follows.

Power CAUTION of the main unit
Check that the CAUTION indication appears on the display
when only the power to the main unit is turned off.

Power CAUTION of the W800W
Check that the CAUTION indication appears on the display
when only the power to the PW800W is turned off.
11. MY SLOT Power Check
Parameters: For the “MY SLOT card for testing”, use the one
with the extended cable for the power voltage
check connected to each land terminal of CN102
of MY16-EX.
INSPECTIONS
Insert the MY SLOT card for testing into all the MY SLOT
openings of the main unit and measure each power voltage with
the tip of the cable.

12. Checking starting of channel name display
and channel color indicator
If the power is turned on again within a few seconds after it
was turned off, the channel name display and channel color
indicator may fail to start.
After waiting for 4 seconds after the power is turned off, turn
it on again and then check to ensure that the panel including
the channel name display and channel color indicator starts to
operate properly.
SETTINGS FOR SHIPMENT
1. Initialization
While pressing the [STORE] and [INC] switches at the
same time, turn on the power for forced initialization. After
that, “Flash Memory Initializing Finished” will appear as
con rmation. Then press [CLOSE] to end the procedure.
2. Settings of operation elements
Set each operation element as follows.
MONITOR LEVEL: MIN
TALKBACK GAIN: MIN
PHONES LEVEL: MIN
