4. Once the motorcycle has reached a
high enough speed to change gears,
close the throttle.
5. Shift into SECOND gear.
6. Open the throttle gradually.
7. Follow the same procedure when
shifting to the next higher gear.
8. The speed can be adjusted by opening
and closing the throttle grip. Turning it
toward you increases the speed, and
turning it in the opposite direction de-
creases the speed.
