Transaxle Oil
To check transaxle oil level:
1. Place the golf car on a flat, level
surface.
2. Remove two bolts 1 and
remove the bag holder insert 2.
3. Place an oil pan under the
transaxle case.
4. Clean the area around the oil
level plug 3 and then remove
the plug.
Do not allow foreign material to
enter transaxle. Serious transaxle
damage can result.
5. The oil level should be right at
the bottom of the oil level plug
hole 4 or just starting to flow
out of the hole.
6. If needed, add Yamalube SAE
90 gear oil until it starts to flow
from the oil level plug hole.
7. Allow excess gear oil to flow out
of the hole until it stops.
8. Install the oil level plug.
9. Install the bag holder insert 2
and secure with two bolts 1.
