The battery voltage indicator
This shows the current charge state of
the battery.
z 12.8 V or more: full charge
z 12.7 V or less: charging required
If the battery voltage is less than 9.0 V,
“_ _._” will be displayed.
SMG assist icon
This vehicle is equipped with a Smart
Motor Generator (SMG) that not only
starts the engine, but also assists with
initial acceleration.
When the smart motor generator is as-
sisting with acceleration, the display
will show the SMG assist icon.
The SMG assist icon can be turned off.
To do so, push the “RESET/SELECT”
button for one second. To turn the dis-
play back on, push the “RESET/SE-
LECT” button for one second.
When battery voltage is low, the smart
motor generator may not assist with
acceleration.
