Tapping the Set List Name calls
up the Set List table.
Calls up the Song Text view of
the currently selected Song.
Adds the Set List to the table.
Deletes each of
the Set Lists.
Calls up the
Rename window.
Sliding here changes
the order of the Set List.
Closes the table.
Shows your text memo input
on the Text Edit display.
Returns to the Song List view.
