When a problem occurs: App
The app cannot detect the sound bar
l An app not supported by the sound bar is being used.
The sound bar supports Sound Bar Remote only. Sound Bar Controller, Home Theater Controller, and
MusicCast Controller cannot be used.
l The Bluetooth function on the mobile device is disabled.
Enable the Bluetooth function on the mobile device.
l On an Android device, the function for obtaining location information is disabled.
To detect Sound Bar Remote, configure the settings to allow obtaining of location information on the
Android device.
