<Adjusting the header auger drive chain>
1- Remove the right side cover of the header.
2- Loosen the fixing bolt to adjust the tensioning nut.
Feeder house drive chain
The gap between the chain slat and the bottom of
feeder house is over 6±1mm (part A).
<Adjusting the feeder house drive chain>
1- Remove the chain cover.
2- Rotate the feeder house drive chain by hand.
3- Adjust the left and right sides concurrently.
4- Loosen the fixing bolt and turn the adjusting nut.
5- Tighten the fixing bolt and mount the cover.
Reaping section drive chain
The bending is about 20±3mm when you press the
central part (part A) slightly by hand.
