IT IS RECOMMENDED TO ATTACH THE PIN IN THE FIRST HOLE OF THE PUSH ROD.
STEP B
Centre the Window Brace A (Central to the VENT RAFTER) attach to
the BOTTOM VENT BLOCK and fasten with #10 x 1-1/4” Pan Screw.
STEP C
Centre the Window Brace B (Aligns with the Window Brace A from Above)
to the VENT ROOF PANEL BLOCK, and fasten with #10 x 1-1/4” Pan Screw.
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO ATTACH THE PIN IN THE FIRST HOLE OF THE PUSH ROD.
STEP B
Centre the Window Brace A (Central to the VENT RAFTER) attach to
the BOTTOM VENT BLOCK and fasten with #10 x 1-1/4” Pan Screw.
STEP C
Centre the Window Brace B (Aligns with the Window Brace A from Above)
to the VENT ROOF PANEL BLOCK, and fasten with #10 x 1-1/4” Pan Screw.
#10 X 1-1/4” Pan Screws x4
Single Spring Window opener to
VENT ROOF BLOCK rst and then
to the VENT ROOF PANEL

Single Spring Window Opener on (1170)
Vent Roof Panel so it is aligned with
(1127) Vent Roof Rafter. Attach Window
Brace A & B to (1187) Vent Roof Panel
Block and Frame Bracket to (1128)
Bottom Vent Block with two #10 x 1-1/4”
Pan Screws per brace. Braces should be
in alignment. (F16.6, F16.7, F16.8 and
F16.9)
Note: The Aluminum Single Spring
Window Opener is designed to
automatically open and close with
changes in temperature. It must not be
opened or closed manually. Doing so
will result in damage to the component
STEP A
Follow the manufacturer’s supplied instruction for assembling the Single Spring Window Opener.
(NOTE: Window Opener is in the closed postion prior to attaching to unit)
